According to international construction procedures, this
building was designed to offer great offices and emphasize
the industrialization of the construction.
The construction site became just an assembly site, minimizing
the interference in the urban context.
This
is a twenty and seven-floor building having eighteen standard
floors, a ground floor, two intermediate floors, three sub-levels,
two maintenance floors and a heliport, resulting a 325 feet
tall building.
It is the tallest vertical composite steel-concrete structured
building having the best performance of each material.
The floor slabs used steel deck system and the façades are
made of precast concrete panels with granite.
